GET UP AT 6am!
Drink 1 pint of water
Drink 1 cup of warm water and fresh lemon juice
Drink 1 cup of coffee
Make breakfast of Rye bread | 2 eggs | bacon OR Home made baked beans | 30g gammon | 2 eggs | Spinach = 20 mins OR Pork, Spinach, Black Beans and Egg
Exercise - 3 x 10 press ups, 3 x 10 sit ups, 3 x 50 back ups, 3 x 1 min plank = 20 minutes
Steam = 10 mins
Shower = 10 mins
Meditate = 10 mins
Fuel up = 5 mins
Get dressed = 5 mins
Leave for work at 7:15am
